Two  Opportunities . 

The KNZ Family is growing rapidly and with the increase in growth, came the need for more opportunities to promote our brand. KNZ Sponsored Athletes aka "Endorsees" and a new category has been added, our brand "Ambassadors".  This business is a one-woman show and therefore our capacity to take on more athletes is to the brim. Watch for future opportunities by signing up for our emails. 

Ambassadors.

​Ambassadors will help to authentically grow the brand, but do not have to be rodeo athletes. The ideal Ambassador listens to the Endorsed podcast, shares their love of the KNZ family with their own friends and family, and helps recruit new customers through social media and word of mouth.
Ambassadors Receive:​

• 50% Personal Discount
• 20% Family & Friends Discount

Ambassadors Requirements:

• Word of Mouth promotions
• Social Media promotions (sharing posts, answering ISOs in groups by tagging KNZ, and authentically promoting the brand monthly) 

Endorsees. 

Endorsees are also known as KNZ Sponsored Athletes. These athletes are the heart and success of this company. Sponsored athletes receive our services at a discounted price, and are expected to wear our logo proudly on their clothes and are expected to promote our business through their social media and through word of mouth. Endorsees are not just limited to Rodeo athletes, but they do have to be a Western Industry Athlete. 
Endorsees Receive:

• Free Personal Brand Logo
• Free Social Media Graphics and Travel Schedules with adequate notice
• [NEW IN 2020] Cowboy/Cowgirl Profile on KNZ Design & Marketing Website
• 1 Cinch Shirt and 1 Cinch Vest (Option to purchase Cinch at 50% off)
• Free Photoshoots (must work with Kenzie’s schedule, doesn't include extensive travel or extra expenses)
• All access to Kenzie for sponsorship, personal branding, and social media advice
• Patches
• 50% Personal Discount 
• 30% Family & Friends Discount 
• Hat (when in stock)

Endorsees Requirements:

• Word of Mouth promotions
• Social Media promotions (sharing posts, authentically promoting the brand monthly)
• Wear Patches on all Arena Shirts
• Occasionally model for promotional photos
• Listen to the Endorsed Podcast and provide feedback when asked.
• Check in with Kenzie once a month (simple as a text).
